Financial Information

We serve all patients and do not deny services based on a person’s race, color, gender, age, national origin, disability, religion, sexual orientation or inability to pay. If you have a financial hardship and need assistance in covering fees for services, we offer discounted fees for patients who qualify. Please request a reduced fee application form.

Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.

Insurance
We currently accept most insurances including the list below. Should you wish to use your insurance, and you do not see it listed below, we encourage you to contact your insurance plan about your benefits and check to see if Molly Gratton and/or Molly and Me Counseling Center is an in-network provider. If you have a plan not accepted, you may inquire with your insurance company about out-of-network coverage as a possibility.

Medicaid
Molly and Me Counseling and Training Center is currently accepting Medicaid clients. You no longer need a referral from your primary healthcare provider to access therapy services. If you are in need of counseling for yourself or your child/family, please contact us today.

Legal Fees Disclosure
Please be advised that Molly and Me Counseling and Training Center has a Legal Fees Policy for any legal or court related involvement with your case. These include a base retainer fee, all time spent preparing records, responding to subpoenas and more. If legal involvement evolves, the Center will provide you with our fee disclosure form. These are non-negotiable.

Testimony (for Divorce, Custody, and Visitation/Parental Access)
Molly and Me Counseling and Training Center does NOT participate in custody hearings, custody/access disputes, visitation, or divorce proceedings. These matters are not within our scope of practice. Please contact a Parent Coordinator, Mediator or another neutral party to assist you in this matter.

Fees – Counseling, Parent Coaching, Play Therapy
Fees vary depending on what kind of service you are looking for. Molly and Me Counseling and Training Center is priced competitively with other practices in the area.

Fees – Forms and Letters
From time to time, letters are requested for disability, schools, court, parenting coordinators or other such needs. A checklist form provided by you is assessed at $50. Any prepared letters requiring narratives for other purposes are assessed at $150 per letter for up to 2 pages. There is an additional fee for greater than 2 pages.  Email responses that take beyond 10 minutes will incur charges similar to phone calls, $20.00 per 11 minute increments.

Phone calls
Phone calls between appointments should be limited to billing and scheduling issues. If you should need to discuss a clinical issue over the phone, it is recommended you keep these calls brief, or schedule a time to meet with your therapist in person. Phone calls beyond 10 minutes in duration will be charged at $20.00 per 11 minute increments.
